Academy Of Artistic Gymnastics
Founded in 1973 by gymnasts Dick Mulvihill and Linda Metheny-Mulvihill, the National Academy of Artistic Gymnastics offers its services from children old enough to walk to adults. Located on 869 Shelley Street, Springfield, Oregon, the Academy boasts recreational and competitive team gymnastics. The gymnastics academy also holds special education classes for children and adults with special needs. Summer and Winter and Spring Break camps are available for children. The National Academy's mission is to present the gymnastics academy to their children a recreational and competitive gymnastics academy program which will help prepare them to be confident and productive adults by instilling within them the gymnastics academy traits of hard work ethics, perseverance, courage, and respect for and appreciation of the gymnastic academy efforts of others.
